In the USA the game "Rival Schools: United By Fate" was released with 2 discs, disc 1 is the arcade disc only a few modes and you have to unlock the secret characters the same way they are unlocked in arcade (also teams are premade according to school when you fight). Disc 2 is the 'Evolution' disc, you get to customize/create new characters with unique team-up combos and most of the characters are playable that were hidden on disc 1 plus you don't have to go to the same school to team up with Sakura or Akira yessss

What is inside Evolution Disc? never play PSX ver. just Sega Dreamcast. and it was Best Fighting Game ever..

loved the extra characters you can unlock, they have mixed moves,
the graphics may not have aged well but that doesn't affect the game play at all, still worth trying for any fans of fighters

i haven't played rival schools since i was really little. It was an awesome fighting game along with Street Fighter and Bloody Roar!
dl3dnp its probably because u need points. notice it takes 188 points to download. try again another day or rate and comment lots of games to gain more. hope that helped.
