No, it's a makeup advice software by sega and shiseido cosmetics-> http://beauty.sega.jp/ . I use shiseido products mostly and felt this would be useful. Luckily, you can get it for less than 3000 yen now (as opposed to 6000 yen!). ^^

I got excited so much when I saw this up! Sadly, you can't use this unless you have the face scanner. It's not compatible with the dsi too I think.
