I actually like this one better, the interface alone is worth a download and not having to put up with stereotypical characters is great, there are many here, but you can fastforward, yay!

It's definitely not a FPS, even the PC and console versions aren't FPS. They're all TBS games, only the DS version is in 2D while the others are in 3D giving you a very first-person view. Go check out some videos of the gameplay and you'll see it's not a shooter.
