Spider-Man - Web of Shadows USA

Still, ultimate spiderman is awesome and my favorite even though the story is weak and not based on the cartoon at all.

@ShoyzX: i agree with happycanman it is like the old ps1 games, it has the same feel as them.

I said seems, not equals. I don't deny that it could be a great game, but I do think that they could have put more effort into it. Usually, when a game is made into a 2D Sidescroller, it has some sort of innovation, or need to be 2D, in a case where it would be better if it were 2D than if it were 3D. But in Spiderman's case, it would work ALOT better in 3D, and as far as I can tell, there's no innovation. It seems like it was just so they could have an easy time making the game, and they did a good job at it.

The PSP version isn't the same, it's a sidescroller but made by a totally different company. And 2D does not equal lame cash in, look at IGN, this version of Web of Shadows has a higher rating than every console version.

Seems kinda dark on a regular DS. I'm having flashbacks to playing CV:COTM on an original GBA. Well, maybe not quite that bad, but still, this game really seems to have been made with just the Lite in mind. Great game otherwise, though.

Happy: How is this like Spider-man for the PS1? That was in 3D. That's like saying The Grinch DS is like the Grinch for the PS1. This game seems like a lame cash in. Especially considering the PSP version is the same, and the PSP can do 3D perfectly.

This feels awesome to play with... it makes you not stop on doing combos... too, good humor for spidey...

FINALLY!!!!!

Very fluid game and YES! Combat is much better than previous DS spiderman games Only had it for about 4 hours but I can honestly say it's definetly good. Kinda like a mix between the comic book spiderman game for PS2 and the original spider-man game for PS1
