Would it help you figure out japanese games? I love card captor sakura but there are no english versions? I think I might download it anyway just to see if it helps then I can get my beloved card captor sakura :)

This is a seriously good way to learn some basic japanese.

I give it a 5/10 for the fact that it's Japanese, but to tell you the truth I see no point in this. If I want to learn Japanese I will go learn it for free and not bother wating my time or money on a game thats only going to hit the tip of the ice burge(sorry bad spelling).

I actually like this, but I want to learn how to pronounce the words, not to actually write them. Does the game start as if you know nothing about japan??

Learn Chinese the grandaddy of all asian texts. Even if you don't understand Japanese grammar, you can sort of pick out the meaning of the text when you read japanese games.

you know its far easier to learn Japanese when you know languages like Chinese or Korean beforehand
