Well, apparently you CAN apply the patch to a trimmed ROM, because my copy has been working just fine.

I'm going to run a few tests on the ROM using ROM Trimmers and the patches to see if you can patch a trimmed rom...

How do you work the patch for the supercard SD?

Thanks for the link GreatAssGoblin! It's perfectly working on my R4 version 1.16 when I applied the patch from the link. I've been playing for 2 hours straight now.

Masterbleach's file works 100% on R4, confirmed by me. Played for 2 hours straight without any cut out, only down side to note is that when entering shop it is slightly delayed by about 1 sec and there is no music in the main town, everything else is absolutely perfect, thanks a lot :)

Well could it be that the thank you screen only appears when you enter a certain area or die? I played for 1 hour and got no thank you, but there are times when I enter a place and it dies on me.

Looks like the cheat file provided from masterbleach works for my M3 DS Simply. (should work for R4 too) thanks!
