Doctor V64 BIOS USA

I had no idea what this was so I did some looking around. Apparently these are the BIOS files to a backup and development tool for the N64. It was a CD based add on that attached underneath the unit just like the N64DD did. Certain studios even used it to develop games for the system back in the day; companies like Acclaim Entertainment who made games like Turok for the N64.
