Near-perfect port from PC as far as I'm concerned. GBA Doom 1 didn't feel like the one I remembered, right from the first level having different music. The cart is also worth a pretty penny if you can get your hands on it.

The Doom 1 GBA port is far superior to this. Why there was two different companies releasing the two games I do not know but the Doom II GBA just sucks. Turning around and pretty much everything that has to do with controlling the marine seems to be slightly off (enormous lag). And it doesn't look as good as the first Doom GBA. Avoid this pile of fried demon butt!

It's a decent port, but nowhere near as polished as the first GBA Doom. The lag of the controls will really throw you off at intense moments.
