Compatibility issues are the fault of the emulator/flashcart/etc not the rom/iso.

If you're trying to load this rom using Citra emulator, take note that it's presently listed as "BAD" by the emulator's dev site. As such it's not going to load or even if it can load, it will encounter issues making it unplayable.

question is how in the hell do you get these to work with a homebrewed 3ds

This doesn't load at all. I'm not sure if I did something wrong or it's just a broken download. Either a new download link or tech support would be appreciated, especially for such a popular game.

used on homebrewed 3ds, works great! make sure you convert it to a .cia file if your 3ds emulation requires it (which is what i did) i have not played it, but it booted up fine!
